Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations clearly.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 555ba platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and the 555ba platform.

555ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555ba will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 555ba operates internationally. They apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Section 3

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 555ba platform is strictly restricted to players aged 18 years or older. This age restriction is an absolute, non-negotiable requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be reviewed in accordance with our minor-protection protocols.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be met by all players:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 555ba or any affiliated company.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had an account closed by 555ba for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 555ba, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 555ba reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration, and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.

The following rules apply to all registered 555ba accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a valid mobile phone number accessible to you personally. This number will be used for OTP verification and security notifications.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have regular access to. System notifications, promotional communications, and KYC requests will be sent to this address.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 555ba support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• 555ba reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

Account security is a shared responsibility. 555ba implements SSL encryption, OTP-based two-factor verification, and automated fraud detection. You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account if it results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 555ba platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 555ba supports deposits and withdrawals through the following local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other partner banking institutions as listed on the platform's banking page at any given time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method on the deposit screen within your account.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 555ba reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it suspects originates from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and the payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name associated with your 555ba account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid national identity document or passport.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified per payment method on the withdrawal screen within your account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 555ba reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in temporary delays while verification is completed.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts that do not match your registered name will not be processed and may trigger a security review.

Section 6

Bonus & Promotions Terms

555ba offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

• All bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of 555ba. The platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses awarded to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, or on the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only certain game types may contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and other game types may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and are used after your real-money balance has been exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• A player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the terms of the promotion explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gaming — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided upon expiry.

Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (including those tied to Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, or other occasions) are each governed by their own individual promotion pages on the 555ba platform. Players are strongly advised to read promotion-specific terms before opting in to any offer.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 555ba platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on the 555ba platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using or attempting to use software, scripts, bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game's operation for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be voided.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a systematic manner that circumvents the intended purpose of the promotional offer.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 555ba staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel including live chat and email.

555ba employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual reviews of account activity. The platform reserves the right to place a hold on any account pending investigation, and to permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is confirmed. Decisions made by 555ba in connection with prohibited conduct are final.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

555ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The circumstances under which account suspension or closure may occur include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Provision of fraudulent, forged, or third-party identity documents during KYC.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering activity or any other financial crime.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freeze.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts showing no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to dormancy procedures as notified to the Player.
• At the Player's own request — players may request self-exclusion or voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 555ba support via live chat or email.

Where an account is closed by 555ba due to a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, 555ba reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to transfer relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, or closed by 555ba for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe after all outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.

Players who have self-excluded from the platform may not re-register or attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by any means. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and all associated balances will be voided.
